The 3pp® Buddy Loops® are a soft, foam-lined wrap-and-loop support sleeve designed to gently and securely bind two fingers (or toes) together — offering protection and stabilisation after sprains, jams, minor fractures or ligament injuries. Their easy one-handed application makes them a simple, tape-free alternative to traditional buddy-taping or rough hook-straps.
Washable, reusable and latex-free, they’re ideal for both everyday protection and rehabilitation after injury — helping maintain alignment while you heal.
This course will cover the features and benefits of the 3pp® Buddy Loops®, how to measure and choose your size accurately, and finally a video of how to apply the buddy loops.
